To date I've worked with over 400 individuals and companies - and what I've observed across every single engagement is the same thing. People don't disengage because they're lazy or ungrateful. They disengage because they stop feeling seen. My work is about changing that - one person, one team at a time. What I'm most proud of isn't the stats. It's watching someone who used to feel like just a number start showing up differently - more present, more invested, more connected to the people around them.

My goal is to build a framework so proven and so repeatable that one day other coaches carry it into companies I'll never reach. Personally, I want to work directly with 500 companies in the next 10 years - but my larger vision is to see this work ripple out to 500,000 companies worldwide and change the way leaders value their people - and their bottom lines.

Everything shared inside a coaching session is completely confidential. Your company receives quarterly reports highlighting themes, trends, and areas of growth - but no individual data, names, or session content is disclosed. Your people can speak freely, and that safety is what makes the work effective.

All trends that directly relate to company health will be communicated in a timely manner. If something needs your attention before the next quarterly report, I will reach out directly with the relevant information - so you always have what you need, when you need it.
Every engagement starts with understanding you and your team's needs. The program is a proven framework - but the work inside it is entirely shaped by the people in the room. No two engagements look the same.

This depends on availability - but the short answer is: anywhere from 1 to 12 team members from a single company. I've worked with small leadership cohorts of 2–3 people and larger teams of up to 12, each with weekly sessions. Spots are limited, but with enough notice, we can onboard more team members over time.
Commitment is everything - the coaching process simply doesn't work for someone who isn't fully in. In the first 1–3 sessions it usually becomes clear whether someone is genuinely engaged. If I notice a team member isn't showing up committed, I'll flag this to the relevant person in the company - not with details, but with a recommendation to have a conversation.

If a team member decides coaching isn't for them, we let them go with no hard feelings. There's no benefit in keeping someone in a process they don't want to be in - for them, for the team, or for the results.
In my experience, most people start to notice real shifts around their third session. By the fifth, momentum is genuinely building. Of course every individual is different - but that's the pattern I see consistently.

By the end of a quarter, the coaching objective set in those first sessions has been achieved at a rate of 82.4% - which tells its own story. Results aren't a maybe. They're the whole point.
Sessions are conducted online via video call, making the program accessible to teams anywhere in the world. For companies based in Christchurch, New Zealand or the Gold Coast, Australia, in-person sessions can be arranged upon request.
Invoices are sent on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on what is agreed at the start of the engagement. All payments are due within 10 days of invoice receipt. Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer or Wise (preferred for international clients).
